A bunch of puppies from various breeders thrown into a room. No places for the dogs to go and decompress constantly on display. You can see that the dogs are going to grow up and be reactive because of the way they are being socialized right now. They sell betas in vases. Betas need a minimum 5 gallon tank with a filter. The one they had at the front desk was dead and they did nothing about it just working and taking payments with a Dead fish in the front counter. People who buy here don’t do their research. These people don’t care about animals they care about making money off of animals. Heartbreaking

I recently visited All Pets Club and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help with any questions I had. The store was clean and well organized, making it easy to find everything I needed for my pets. The variety of products available is fantastic, and I appreciated the quality of the items. What stood out the most was how happy and well cared for all the animals looked. My pets are happier and healthier thanks to the great advice and products from All Pets Club. I highly recommend this store to all pet owners!

I bought my puppy from them, and they were awesome. Great customer service, and they are so helpful. Very clean and all the puppies were also clean and there the puppies areas are very clean. I lost my other dog from cancer, and I was suffering from a heartbreak from losing her. My family couldn't take it anymore from seeing me so heartbroken from my loss. When I saw him, my face lit up once I saw him, and I knew that he was my baby/dog. I will be back to get all my animals from you.

This was an extremely disgusting experience as a bunny owner/advocate. We went to get a toy for our bunny and come to find 6 bunnies in a small enclosure with no food at all as they are eating there own litter as that can be extremely toxic for their digestive systems. As we reported this issue to the manager instead of resolving the issue and providing food she continuously argued with me as she stated their enclosure "typically" does not look like this. As a pet lover it should "never" look like this and after continuous arguments and glares she still did not provide them with hay or water. It is so sick to me that an animal is being neglected in this kind of enclosure with no staff to care for it and should never be left in these kind of conditions. These Netherland dwarf bunnies should never be left in these kinds of environments and instead of management taking care of the situation she continuously sassed me and did not just resolve the issue at hand. Im very scared for the other animals as no pet should ever have to deal with not knowing when their next meal is. This place was very sickening and made me very sad knowing the animals were not taken care of and being neglected. As below you can see them eating there own litter and nothing is in there bowl makes me very disgusted in the establishment.

First of all, this place has a strong odor of dog feces as soon as you walk in. The aquatic area smells like mold, and it's even worse near the rabbits and mice. I've witnessed rats and mice eating each other, which clearly shows that the staff don't prioritize the well-being of the animals—they're just in it for profit. After seeing this, I went to check on the dogs, and it was heartbreaking. These poor animals are kept in small cages with no room to move, walking in their own waste. I even saw a puppy with diarrhea eating it, which was enough to show me how unhygienic and neglected this place is. The staff seemed okay, but the man I assume to be the manager—a larger guy with a neck beard—was extremely rude and disrespectful when I called out the mistreatment of the animals. If you're looking for a better place, please consider Puppy Palace—they at least keep the facility clean and well- maintained
