Totally disappointed. Paid $100 for grooming service plus tip, and look how my maltese came out. I could not even recognize my dog when I picked her up at door, asked for short with style like teddy bear and this is what we got looking like a CHIHUAHUA. No style and completely shaved. We will never ever bring our dog back here again, poor little baby.

Just left there. Manager seemed to take offense when I said one of his workers were rude to me last time. Now I know where that worker got that behavior from. He became very short and did not ask me what the problem was. I bought a tank there and the fish keep dying. Their solution was to sell me something else to clean the tank , which didn’t help. They need a culture change there. I will not return. The manager needs to take some customer service trainings.

The process was so simple for making an appointment. When we arrived the check in process was organized and they were very knowledgeable. The text Confirmations were on point. the veterinary staff we so patient with my nervous dog and gave her all the time and care she needed to feel comfortable. Thank you

THATS NO HEALTHY FOR THE POMERANIAN. We will never ever bring our dog back here again, poor little baby.They need to review their staff, and training ASAP. Will not be trusting again.

Wow, pleasantly surprised. Went in to get any fish for tank cycling until I find good angelfish. They had so many healthy tanks, fish stock. I had 3 tanks to choose angels, and ended up getting them here. Very healthy and flawless in my tank. My new go to place for fish!
