Comprehensive Veterinary Services

Warner Center Pet Clinic prides itself on offering a wide array of veterinary services, employing innovative technology and advanced veterinary medicine to ensure the best possible care for dogs and cats. Their services cover various aspects of pet health, from preventative care to complex surgical interventions.

  • Wellness and Preventative Care: The clinic emphasizes healthy living for pets through comprehensive preventative care. This includes routine consultations, vaccinations, and advice on diet and nutrition to maintain overall well-being. They provide guidance on when to start flea and tick prevention, the importance of deworming, and how to choose the right food for puppies, reflecting a proactive approach to health.
  • Advanced Diagnostics: Warner Center Pet Clinic is committed to staying on the cutting edge of innovative technology. They utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography (X-rays) for clearer and faster imaging, ultrasonography for detailed internal organ examination, and endoscopy for minimally invasive internal visualization. These technologies aid in accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Surgical Solutions: The clinic offers a comprehensive range of surgical services. Dr. Debra Jackson herself has a special interest in surgery and "thrives on emergency surgeries and loves a challenge," earning a reputation as a "plastic surgeon for animals" due to her exceptional skills in laceration and wound repair. The clinic provides various procedures, ensuring the finest in veterinary care through the use of advanced techniques like laser surgery, which can offer benefits such as less pain, bleeding, and swelling.
  • Therapeutic Treatments: Beyond traditional medical and surgical interventions, the clinic also provides specialized therapies. They utilize a therapy laser, which can be beneficial for pain management, wound healing, and reducing inflammation, offering a non-invasive treatment option for various conditions. They also provide information on the benefits of laser therapy for pets.

  • Emergency Services: Dr. Jackson is known to "come in on Sundays and holidays for emergencies," indicating a dedication to providing urgent care when needed. Although one review highlighted a difficult emergency experience where immediate pain management and splinting were not provided for a broken arm, the clinic generally aims to respond to emergencies. It's important for pet owners to understand that while general practices handle many emergencies, severe or highly specialized cases might require referral to a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital. They also publish newsletters on "Signs of a Pet Emergency and What to Do."

We came in with our cat that had a broken arm. We understood that they couldn’t do the surgery and we got referred to a hospital that could but they sent us home with no splint after saying they would give him one. They offered no pain meds and no bandages so our cat is lying around with a broken arm waiting for an appointment at any animal hospital that will take him. Absolutely worst experience for our cat who was drugged for x rays and sent home with nothing to help his pain. It was towards the end of the day since it was an emergency we were walk in. It felt like they were trying to get everyone out so they can go home and just dumped our cat on us and immediately shut house.

I love this clinic. In a time when it can easily take three weeks to get an appointment with a vet, Dr. Jackson and her staff seem to always be there to help.

Great vet, terrible staff. Receptionist hung up on me and wanted to argue over the phone when I just wanted help for my dog.
