This is my 4th and last time getting my dog groomed here. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time I come they cut him the wrong way. I even showed a picture this time on how I wanted him cut and it was still wrong. Very disappointed.

GROOMER MESSED UP MY DOG’S COAT!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I explained I did not want clippers or razor used for my Pomeranian’s grooming appointment. I explained he’s a pom and only cuts using scissors work best as the same groomer has made this mistake before and it took a full year for his coat to grow back. Sara the groomer said she understood yet took zero notes down. They called to pick my dog up and told me to pay for the service BEFORE picking up my dog. I didn’t think much of it so I did. Next thing I know- Sara has given him a teddy bear cut which completely used clippers to take MAJORITY of his fur. I was upset and spoke to the manager who was no help at all. They tried to gasligjt me into saying I didn’t explain myself well and Sara got confused. No. I said what I said and you did the exact opposite. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. the manager refused to give me my refund and said they’d give my next service free as if I’d return- no empathy at all. Looked like he could care less the entire time. Yes I am contacting corporate as I don’t play about my dog. Manager handled this wrong and sided with the groomer- just disappointing. Here’s a before and after of my poor pom. 💔

They have really great workers but they seem under staff.. Never answer the phones kinda hurts when work a lot trying make appointments

Shout out to Sean and Susan for providing me with great customer service. I got into the store with about 10 minutes from closing looking to fill my fish tank. They willingly bagged all 13 fish. Huge shoutout to them!!!! (P.S. bring back the cash back option so I can leave a tip)

Took my 7-month old pup to get groomed. I initially had an appt with Sara but got a text the morning of saying she was out sick. Since I was going out of town for 2 weeks the next day Kimberly offered to take him. I got back and everything was fine. Took him home and noticed a trail of blood on my carpet from the front door. Kimberly cut his nails past the Quick. Not one BUT FOUR. I called and she said sorry for not telling me. That when I picked him up, she was watching to see how he was and if the bleeding started up again because she put quik stop on it. She said once she noticed the one nail she stopped. I said no, you did it to 4 nails. She apologized again. His 2 middle toes look like when you cut a raw chicken bone in half. I had to take him to the vet where I broke down in tears after seeing blood all over their practice. Something I wasn’t expecting to be doing after a grooming session. The vet tech confirmed that the cuts were really bad. My poor sweet super energetic boy has been sad and lying down since his grooming. I have been tending to his little wombs. Today we went for a short walk and he started bleeding again leaving trails in the street. I’m beyond disappointed at what happened, how it has altered his behavior, and Kimberly hiding what happened from me.
