Monterey Animal Clinic

Specifically, my last experience was wonderful. The tech trimmed Maya’s nails, as she had on a previous visit. She’s very friendly and good with Maya and did a great job, just as she did on the previous appointment. I do not remember her name, but she is very professional and kind and friendly. I have been a client of the clinic for six years and have always been treated with respect, very knowledgeable and friendly service, and undeniable professionalism. Every doctor I have encountered has been lovely as well, especially Dr. Hooks, who has had greyhounds himself. I trust his opinion completely. In addition to yearly wellness checks, Maya has had dental work done on a yearly basis, and a couple of emergencies were handled flawlessly. I recommend Monterey animal clinic without hesitation and find their app very helpful. K

I have been taking my pups to Monterey for many years now and I have one 10 year old American Bulldog who completed the prolotherapy vs double knee surgery who acts like he is 3. Dr. Stinman saved my boy. Also I have had Dr. Wood who made sure I had the best care with canine cancer and surgical needs. Dr. Wood is our regular Doctor and loves my kids like his own. Dr. Maldonado has been great with helping my Bulldog with multiple gum surgeries. Monterey keeps the prices fair so you can give your pets the absolute best care possible and the vet techs know your kids by name and history. I love Monterey and will be a life long client.

My cat hides when people come to our house. She’s afraid of strangers. However I’ve noticed that she’s quite calm with the staff at Monterey animal clinic. I too have always appreciated the way The veterinarians and the medical staff as well as the staff at the front desk treat me and my cat. Highly recommended.

I’m so grateful time and time again for the amazing care they provide. They always listen to my concerns and really care for the animals here. I wish all clinics (human ones included) were this dedicated to good patient care and compassion. I always feel like my cat is in good hands whenever I bring him in. I am writing a review a month after Our boy Tug was PTS. Drs Stinman and Dr Woods were so kind through the testing , diagnosis, and eventually having to decide it was time. 9 yrs is just not long enough. - but they helped us make his last months and weeks and days as comfortable and safe as they could. Their kindness will never be forgotten. Their calm and gentle honesty was exactly what we needed. The staff that also were always there to help - we so appreciate. Thank you. From all of us. ❤️‍🩹
