Very professional and accommodating. You can feel the sincere love and empathy for the furry patients on the part of the staff. Follow-up calls are routine and prices are not in the 'luxury' range! I trust them.

Halifax dropped the ball when treating our French Bulldog for a painful ear infection causing our dog to needlessly suffer for over 1 month. They are too busy with one vet to offer proper care and provide prompt follow up care after our dogs ear infection was initially treated on 12/6/24. When we tried to get an appointment for ongoing problems they asked us to come by the clinic and pick up ear wash which made the ear more painful. We called again still no appointments available this time we dropped off without an appointment and got an allergy shot. At this visit office manager very rude when we complained lack of care being rendered. Her response “would you like me to print your records” Our answer yes! Dog still getting worse since 12/6. Desperate for help and good care we called Ravenwood in Port Orange. They provided a new patient visit an and in one day. The doctor looked in his ear said it was swollen and red he put a a tip in and brought it out full of puss indicating a severe infection indicating “ear wash can’t fix this” our precious Miles now is comfortable and on the road to recovery. I can’t explain how wonderful this center is!!!! I highly recommend this vet to everyone. The Dr.s and staff are so caring and kind. They have taken great care of my young crazy lab❤️

Wonderful practice! Dr. Abreu was fantastic with my dog, Moses, and all of the ladies from the front desk, and the vet techs were very sweet as well. We were given an estimate, so there were no surprises. Then, after about a week, they called me to ask how Moses was doing. I really appreciated that extra attention. I'll be bringing my other two dogs to this practice as well.

A truly caring and passionate vet clinic. Everyone there is so friendly and kind to both me and my baby. Also called to check on my Bubba after his shots yesterday which I was grateful for since he was having some pain. It’s the little things that matter! Thank you to the awesome team here :)
