Miami Shores Animal Clinic

I went to this clinic since it is close to my new home in West Little River. The staff is knowledgeable , friendly, and attentive. My first visit with a senior stray dog went really well. They helped me clear up her eye infection and groomed her. I paid $300 for everything ... pricey... but I really liked their vibe. So I decided to come back with my pets & now foster fail senior dog. I came back with my foster fail because she had developed a terrible cough. They gave me a plan of service that was over $1k.... I declined everything except a change in medication, heart worm medicine, and I believe a fecal exam. The change in medication from one type of antibiotic to another worked immediately. I paid $100ish that day, denied everything else... I was super grateful it worked, however, all the extra things they were trying to make me do ... I dodged that one. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I came back for the annual check of my other babies. For the annual check up for one dog and one cat was over $500 each. Reminder; before they do anything to your pet, they show you a break down of what they are going to do, stating everything is optional. I walked out this time. In my previous vet I would pay $272 for both animals every year for the exact same break down they were giving me at Miami Shores Clinic. I explained this to them. They were firm on their prices. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I went back to my vet in Hialeah Gardens. If you are willing to pay for overpriced service, they will take care of your pet. The office is pretty. The staff is very nice. Prices are extremely unreasonable. I refuse to pay $1,000 for the annual check up for a dog and a cat... I just paid $272.90 at my old vet for both.

Great customer service! My 15 y/o Boston Terrier had a cough for several months that other vets couldn’t cure. The vets at MSAC found out the source of the cough and successfully treated it. Plus, they added respiratory therapy at no charge. The staff treated me and my dog with respect, professionalism, and went above and beyond to make my dog feel at ease, loved and comfortable. He received lots of attention; that meant the world to me. 🤗 I got follow up calls from the Manager. Awesome guy! Actually, everyone at the clinic is great. I signed up for their 1 year plan. It’s so convenient, especially for a senior dog like mine. After my first visit to MSAC, I quit my vet of 15 years, and switched to MSAC without hesitation. Other perks: plenty of parking, super-clean facilities, friendly staff, walk-ins welcome, great prices, onsite lab and x-rays.

This animal clinic is awesome! They have been taking care of my baby for years. They have always heard my concerns. They always take care of me and my baby. Their fees are reasonable and the staff is extremely kind and professional. I have never had any issues and it has been over 10 years. My Pomeranian is my first pet and I have never felt mistreated or taken advantage of. I backed this place up as a reputable clinic for animals. You won’t be disappointed.

Miami Shores Animal Clinic has a serene, genuine, and super amazing staff I moved from NYC to Miami Shores and I have to say it was nerve wracking because he has went to the same vet for 14 years in NYC they were great but I have to say this team is outstanding thanks for taking care of my Jasper he is at ease mani pedi and bath which mind you I have never let anyone bath him for 14 years but I felt the karma and went with the flow super excellent he is pleased as you can see!

I highly recommend this place! This was my second time visiting this place. My last visit was a heart broken cause we have to put our baby to sleep. They were so careful and sweet. I can’t even explain the support and love they gave us in that moment. After visiting different places that they only care about money. We were desperate cause it was Saturday afternoon and my baby was suffering so much they admitted us right away. They were just what we needed in that difficult moment. I would like to give a huge shout out to all the team members again they understand and they were so gentle and caring. Thank you so much!
