Horrible experience. I have 2 dogs, they are healthy and simply needed their annual visit, we recently move in the area so we tried this vet based on the good reviews. The doctor didn’t even talk to me, didn’t introduce himself or asked any questions. He didn’t even enter the room I was waiting in actually. The assistant took one of my dog, then the other, and then told me I can go pay and leave. I was shocked, I asked for test results, what did they do, if they noticed anything and they didn’t give me any answers except “they look fine” and that they will call me later. I left feeling I just got completely scammed. They made this experience so stressful I can’t even imagine if my dogs were sick or injured. I won’t go back and definitely don’t recommend. They are also way too expensive for the service you receive.

Dr. Goldstein and the staff are my favorites. Super professional, caring, good people. I took my cats Gala and Seera with them. I"ll give them a 10.

The team at Biscayne Animal Hospital (techs and doctors) are always thorough, attentive, and compassionate with Loki during his visits. I appreciate their efficiency and yet we are never made to feel rushed, and the team has been flexible when we've asked to stop by unscheduled. The gated yard out front is helpful for Loki when other animals are in the waiting room, but the staff also offers that we may wait in our car and they come out to get him when ready. This is super helpful for a reactive/protective-instinct pup like my Loki. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and kindness from the techs, doctors, and staff at BAH. Thank you!

I want to start by saying that the veterinarians here are truly outstanding. They genuinely care for animals, and the medical care our dog received was excellent. However, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing, particularly during a time of crisis. We brought our dog in as an emergency, and thankfully, she was seen right away. After assessing her, the staff informed us that she would need to stay for about two hours for monitoring. They assured us they’d call with updates, and if we didn’t hear from them, we could call in to check on her. An hour later, we called to get an update—no answer. We waited and called again, with the same result. Over the next hour, we called FOUR times and didn’t get a single response. At that point, my husband suspected our calls were being ignored, so he tried from a different number, and they answered within TWO rings. This was extremely unsettling, as our dog was in their care for an emergency, and we simply wanted a quick update on her condition. We decided to go back to the office, and when we raised our concerns with the owner's wife, she apologized but attributed it to being busy. She gave me her personal number, but even then, she continued attending to other clients mid-conversation, making us feel unheard and unimportant. We had high hopes for this vet based on positive feedback from others, but our experience did not match. I’m sharing this so others know to be prepared for potential communication challenges. While the doctors here are fantastic, I hope the reception experience improves so other pet owners don’t face the same frustrations.

Dr. Goldstein, his team of veterinarians and staff are excellent. I first went to Biscayne Animal Hospital when my German Shepard puppy was hit by a car and Dr. Goldstein repaired/casted her leg. He worked with us to deliver her the best care. Now, seven years later, she is an active, healthy dog. I highly recommend.
