Such a great company. Fast and reliable results to get gender results on our silkies. IQ also has excellent customer service. We lost two chicks before we had a chance to send samples and they refunded the money. They are pleasant to deal with.

The company did all the tests fast and accurately and I will use them again. I left 4 stars for two reasons. 1. If you have never done blood samples and tracheal swabs you can kill your bird if you do it wrong. They do have videos where they do sample collection on baby birds but those videos dont say how far to go down the trachea or cloacha or how to handle adult birds that will bite the qtip in half and swallow it. Or the proper technique to spin instead of swirl the qtip. They do a decent job on the howtos but collecting some of these samples is not for your average beginner. Secondly, I hope that they add aspergillus genetic blood testing if they read these reviews. This company provides a great and needed service.
