Had questions about filters and care for my new beta fish and the guy who assisted me was awesome! He really knew his stuff and you could see he enjoyed what he did...Love that! Nice experience at check out as well!

Bought our first hamster. The staff put me at ease and thoroughly informed us on the things I would need to properly care for her. We love our little Moomoo!!

The young girl that works there is SO PLEASANT AND NICE! I would go back just because she is so nice. Curly blondish hair. I should have got her name but I didn't expect to do a survey

I took my pet to this store for vaccines and a prescription, They provided everything electronically to my email and said to click on the link within the email to get the medicine reordered, however when clicking this my account has no prescriptions, I went back to the store and the front counter said they cant help or sell me the prescription despite this literally being from their store with a vet file in hand, I went to the back to talk to the vet and they said they can't help unless I rebook with my pet and bring them in and then they can sell me a prescription, again this is despite it being from their store and their vet right there. They then told me if the email isn't linking the prescription to call the number, I called vetco and explained, they had no idea and transferred me to petco, I spoke with petco and they had no idea and told me I have to send a physical prescription not a copy or email, I told them this is from their own clinic and they only provide it digitally so I cannot do that, why are they unable to find my records or have my account linked? It's a huge mess and a bunch of circles and it feels like I'm speaking to six different companies despite it all being petco and it being the same damn shop. What a mess.

I took my Golden retriever Murphy in to get groomed and he came out looking so handsome. Melissa did a great job and followed all of the instructions I gave on what I wanted trimmed and what I wanted to keep long. Whatever product they used also made him smell soooo good. He also got a cute little report card to tell me how he did!! First three pictures are from this grooming (2021) Edit: I don’t know what happened this time but he came out looking like a different dog. His cut is so choppy and they cut his wings off :( You’re not supposed to shave a golden and they did. Last three photos are from this grooming. You can see how uneven some of the cuts are and it’s even worse in person. He usually gets called handsome everywhere we go but now people won’t even look at him :( (2022)
