I have been going to the Cat Doctors for quite a while, I can't say enough about how they have treated my cats and myself. I have seen them during the fun visits when I brought my new kittens in and not only did they examine them but gave me tips and sent me articles to help give them their best life. I have also had them help me when it was time to say goodbye. In both cases Dr. Connelly, the vet tech's as well as all the team members were fantastic. For me this is the only place I would ever take my kids.

The Cat Doctors Clinic in Tampa is the BEST I have ever encountered. We live in LA, and travel back and forth to Tampa. We have all of our regular and dental services done here because of this office's professionalism, medical skills and care. My cat, Dolce is spicy, and is unusually comfortable at this practice. She doesn't get overly stressed here... but she has at all other Vets. And one of the Most important parts of this place is how they treat the humans who bring in their babies. From the front desk, to the techs to the Vets themselves, they know how to manage nervous pet parents. They spend time with you and never make you feel rushed or that you are a pain to them even when you ask the same question three different ways :). Their clear and supportive communication is beyond belief! I can't sing their praises enough! I'm beyond grateful.

I was thrown into motherhood with a stray kitten a few months back and a coworker recommended me to take my little guy here. It was a brilliant decision. They are the kindest, most attentive and cat loving crew. And I have to give a shout-out to Dr. Connolly because she is incredible. She just did my kitten’s neutering and she’s also seen him for a cold prior and she’s thorough and answers all of my questions under the sun, and even tries to help where she can for financial/insurance options. Love these guys :)

I was under impression that taking my two kittens to Cats Doctor would ensure better care than other clinics, but I was completely wrong. Form the start, the experience was disappointing. Despite performing a physical examination, the vet assumed both my kittens were female which was incorrect. They also failed to review the adoption papers I had emailed beforehand and previous vet's medical records and even brought with me to the appointment. As a result, the prescription and medical records were riddled with errors, repeatedly using "she/her" pronouns and stating inaccurate details about their gender and vaccination history. According to the adoption papers, the kittens had already received more than one vaccine, contrary to what was recorded. To make matters worse, Cats Doctor seems more interested in charging me for unnecessary tests - tests that had already been completed prior to my adoption. The sheer number of mistakes shattered my confidence in their competency. I even had to go through the hassle of disputing the insurance claim due to these inaccurate medical records. Thankfully, my kittens are newly adopted and don't have chronic conditions - because if they did, I fear they'd be misdiagnosed. Do yourself and stay far away from Cats Doctor.

The Cat Doctors always treat my sweet cat with exceptionally competent and thorough care. Recently, The Cat Doctors identified a tiny bump on my cat’s neck, performed a biopsy, and called me less than 48 hours later to discuss my cat’s skin cancer diagnosis and to help me give him the care he needs. I will always be grateful.
