Wonderful staff ! Always providing great care for my lil guy and answering all of my millions of questions. Providing excellent care, trustworthy, and educated staff members. I enjoy this location (Bloomingdale) the most.

Had our fur baby neutered and the doctor and staff were so caring and took time to make sure we were aware of the entire process and post-op instructions

Amazing and the most caring staff!! I can’t say enough good things about this facility. During regular visits to the difficult visits, they took their time to explain everything. Thank you to the staff for taking the time to write our family a letter. We are missing our big man and to get a letter with his nose and paw was much appreciated.

I couldn't be more dissatisfied or disappointed with a service. Let's start from setting the appointment, I set it and got a phone call the next day to confirm details which is normal protocol. She proceeded to tell me that because my dog has what can be perceived as a cough and was recently boarded that they would need to change my appointment from 7:30am to 9:00 BECAUSE she NEEDED a room so she didnt get other dogs sick. This appointment was supposed to be an in room appointment not a drop off. We get a call the next day trying to move our appointment even later for the same reason, but we declined as we made it early for a reason and wanted to get in and out. Now to the day of the appointment we get there at 8:50 the waiting room is chock-full of people so we go to the the corner not near anyone it takes until 9:20 to get us back to a room (which we were later told she was never supposed to be in and they had to shut that room down for the day) we sat in the room for another 15 min and then was met by someone who reconfirmed everything we said on the phone calls and then took her back and didn't give us any details. We decided to go to the store next door as the waiting room was still very overwhelming we were gone for 2 hours and still Nothing!! No update or anything so we go back in there and wait another 30 min to talk to someone who tells us that we should have never been told it was an appointment as the morning are all drops offs when they literally have a sign that says sick patients are seen first? I wouldn't elect to have my dog shoved in a small kennel all day unless I absolutely had to and that's exactly what they did without consulting us I would rather sit around all day in the parking lot with my dog waiting for her turn. We were told she would be done by 1/1:30 the latest and it turns 1:30 and guess what?? 4 hours have passed and she hasn't even been seen yet!! They then tell us she should be next within 20 min or so and that healthy babies are seen first which contradicts the sign they have. We were finally able to get here at 2:50 were they Essentially prescribed her medicine ONLY because she was boarded but they couldn't find any sign of being sick. Not all banfield but definitely not this one! (Another small note every banfield I have ever went to takes the time to write down all the appointments for the day and show that extra level of care as you can see it wasnt done here probably because they are taking way more patients then they should)

I highly recommend the Bloomingdale office. My cat had passed away and Banfield was so caring and understanding what I was going through. I live in an apartment so she needed to be cremated. I called several places to get prices and none were as gentle answering me. They gave a choice of beautiful wood boxes and urns to choose from and included a paw print. It all was cheaper than anywhere else around for only a commune cremation. I received her remains back in less than a week. Thank you Bloomingdale office.
