I love coming to this Petco and all the workers that are here especially Maria. She was always so helpful and knowledgeable, anytime I came in and had a question. I thought she was the manager came to a surprise that I found out that she wasn’t! Always a smile on her face helping everyone. After being here so many years I think it’s time for her to be a manager!

Today, I took two kids to buy fish. The first time I spoke to a staff member, they told us to wait by the fish tank and that someone would come quickly. After waiting 25 minutes, I approached two different staff members separately, letting them know we wanted to buy fish. They both promised that someone would come soon, but instead, they helped other customers and completely ignored us. After 30 minutes, the kids were already feeling restless. I approached a staff member again, and he responded very rudely, saying we were interrupting him while he was helping other customers. There were only two employees in the store, and he had been busy running around working the whole time. His attitude was terrible. I told him that we had been waiting for a long time and just wanted to know how much longer it would take. The staff member continued to be rude, saying they were understaffed. I wonder, for such a large brand, is it really the customer’s fault if they are understaffed and provide such poor service? Is this a way to drive customers away? Every time we come to buy fish, we end up feeling mistreated. Other stores do not treat customers like this.

Petco Grooming: We highly recommend Ronald! He's been our go to pet groomer for the past 2 years now. We have a 75lbs Goldendoodle and she always comes out lovely. He's excellent at his job! 👍🏼

Ethan was super helpful! There was an issue with a sale that wasn't coming up and he was so patient and helped to rectify the issue. He explained his steps and what he was doing the whole time to keep me updated. He was nice and patient and answered all my questions. Thanks so much Ethan! Really like this Petco as well. Other staff are also great and they keep the store clean.

Horrible customer service. Returned a bulb a day later that was sold to me burned out. The bulb was in a box, behind the counter and I didn't notice until I got home. Manager refused to exchange for another, telling me they didn't sell it to me that way. Nasty little girl about it, to call me a liar. I realize people must do that sort of thing, but to punish honest, loyal customers that way is absurd.
