Banfield Pet Hospital

This was the worse experience ever at a Vet Hospital. First when I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was asked if I want to drop off my dog or be in person, I choose to be in person reason why they gave me a specific time. When I arrive the assistant tells me that I was supposed to be a drop off but I insist that it's a mistake because I wanted to be there, then she tells me ok it's going to take "a couple of minutes more". Sixty more minutes passed when I decide to ask the front desk why it's taking so long. After 15 minutes they took my dog inside to examine him and run some tests. After another hour passed, an assistant comes to me to tell my dog has an eye ulcer and needs some treatment and he will be back, then 15 more minutes he comes back to explain which medications my dog will need. I ask him, what is the severity of the ulcer? can I have more information? and the answer is "I don't know", he goes away again and after another 10 minutes he tells me about the 3 eye medications my dog will need but "unfortunately" one of those, they only had it on the expensive presentation (ointment). Then I requested the other presentation (drops) to be prescribed so I can find it on another place... the guy left and comes back five minutes after telling me that the doctor says that she cannot prescribe it and in that case is the specialist that needs to do that. I was very frustrated of the whole situation and I asked him "is the veterinarian ever going to come here and talk to me about my dog or at least say Hi?" and the answer is "I don't know, if you want so".... THIS IS A JOKE. I spent two hours in that place, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that I take my dog to the Vet and don't get to know/speak with the doctor that evaluated my dog. This is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. I'm NOT GOING BACK to that place EVER.

Exceptional Service. They are compassion and caring for your pet. My dog Koko was done for his teeth cleaning. They did a super nice job Their communication was on point. I received a call to confirm the appointment and pick my dog up after the procedure.

Terrible experience at this clinic! Dr. Martin and most staff displayed a horrible attitude, with Dr. Martin being rude and disrespectful from the start. Unprofessional behavior made a stressful situation worse. I won't return and advise others to read reviews carefully before visiting.

Excellent staff. They treat all dogs with love and care as if they were their own. Love coming here with my two fur babies.
