I have been taking my puppy to this location since he was 14 weeks old. Time and time again I have expressed concerns about his weight, him not eating and a multitude of other issues. I had him seen by several of the doctors at this hospital. I took him to a new hospital and today I found out that my 6 month old puppy has cancer. I feel so incredibly let down. I talked to everyone I could at this location regarding my puppies issues. I even had one doctor accuse me of HITTING my puppy and he treated me like my puppy was underweight because of me not feeding him. My last visit at this location I specifically vocalized my concerns with the quality of his life. My sweet innocent puppy, has to be put down. Nothing could have changed him getting cancer, but I’m upset that I was not met with compassion, I’m upset that NONE of the doctors that saw him took me seriously about my concerns. He has been suffering unnecessarily for months.

They need to get their online stuff situated. Such a horrible design across all banfields not just this one. Ordering medicine online is a nightmare because they use a third party vendor. Making appointments online is horrible, because their corporate is in charge of that and their communication is awful. I make an online appointment, drive 20 minutes to the closest Banfield just for them to tell me there online appointments are a waste of time and I should have called in to make an appointment as if I should have already known that. Just get rid of your online options please. Banfield used to be amazing and my family have been going to them since I was a kid. But now they just raise their prices up and the quality of service has been plummeting. Now my dog has to suffer more days with this unbearable itch that had been making him bit himself raw. All I got was a sorry, not a “let me squeeze you in due to our corporates bad online system that makes appointments for us without communicating it with us”. That is unacceptable in every shape and form.

I do not recommend taking your pets here. When you schedule an appointment, it is not communicated that you will NOT be taken into an exam room or meet with the Vet face-to-face. Owners are not allowed anywhere past the lobby. We had an appointment scheduled for 10:30AM and when we arrived around 10:15AM, we had to wait in a line to simply sign in. We signed in around 10:50AM, and then waited another 20 minutes for our puppy to be taken to the back. While we waited, I called other clinics in the area to see if they could take our puppy, which they could not, due to availability. He was only 10 weeks old and we were concerned about him being in kennels around other dogs. He needed his next round of puppy shots, so we decided to stick with this appointment and then move to another clinic. We are much happier with our new Vet, who will sit on the ground and play with our puppy while examining him and administering vaccines. You will not be able to be a part of your pet's appointment, aside from a phone call. If you are an involved dog-parent like I am, I encourage you to find another Banfield clinic and confirm that you will be meeting directly with a Doctor. Or find a new clinic.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I took my dog to be seen- he was scheduled to be a DROP OFF and I waited one hour until my dog was finally seen- only to be told I would have to STAY and WAIT MORE until they check him out. I had to leave because I had another appointment and my dog was NOT seen after we waited for an hour. I've been with Banfield for over 13 years (with a previous dog) and I can see that customer service has gotten worse. I'm not the only one. When I was there, I saw a couple who was picking up their dog and they were very upset on how this clinic is being managed. Everyone says something different in there and communication is a problem. The staff is disorganized and the clinic manager is doing a horrible job. I'm not coming back to this location.

Had to wait nearly an hour in the room while others were able to drop off their dogs and leave didn’t really make sense .Not sure if it’s a different procedure with cats idk but won’t be returning very happy I didn’t sign up for the wellness plan.
