I was amazed by this park. First time I've been to a dog park this large. Separate areas for large and small dogs. Water stations, shady areas to sit (maybe bring your own chairs). Make sure your dog is current on immunizations. You wouldn't want them to pick up something from other dogs. Grass was great when I was there. My dog loved to run around. We were there on a warm weekday while most everyone was at work. Not many dogs around at the time.

The dog park is part of Washington park and Petsmart sponsors it. It is a good size park for dogs to socialize and run. It is fenced, the grass is greener than the parks lawn. There are lawn chairs there where people can sit and talk or just relax. It's quiet and peaceful.

Paws down this is our dog's favorite park. All of the dogs are really friendly and like to play. The owners are very good about picking up after their dogs and other dogs as well just in case someone didn't see their dog doing their business. There's lots of shade and a kiddie pool people add water to for those hot afternoons.

It's a large fenced area for dogs to play and exercise. There is a side for bigger dogs and a side for smaller dogs. I've seen a lot of people bring their small dogs to the big dog side. There are pooper scoopers and garbage cans. There are water stations and buckets to put the water in. There are chairs and benches. On a side note, the bird watching is good at this park... birds include peach faced love birds and birds of prey
