While it doesn't offer fee-based commercial services like private training or grooming, its features are designed to enhance the experience for both dogs and their owners.

  • Off-Leash Play Areas: The primary service is providing a secure, fenced environment where dogs can run, play, and socialize freely without leashes. This freedom is crucial for a dog's physical and mental well-being.
  • Separate Sections for Large and Small Dogs: The park features distinct, fenced areas catering to different dog sizes. There is a specific section for small pups and another, often larger, area for big dogs (typically over 25 lbs.). • Benches for Owners: Benches are strategically placed within the dog park areas, providing comfortable seating for owners to relax and supervise their dogs.
  • Waste Disposal: While owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, the park typically provides waste receptacles to facilitate proper disposal and maintain cleanliness.

  • Agility Elements: The inclusion of agility equipment provides an opportunity for dogs to engage in more structured play and mental stimulation beyond just running around.
  • Hydration Stations: Dedicated canine drinking fountains are a valuable amenity, ensuring dogs have access to fresh water, particularly important during active play in warm weather.

We've stopped twice on two separate road trips. Every time we've felt safe and didn't have any problem with other dogs/people. Basically the perfect experience, enough that we've intentionally put ourselves behind to stop here versus random unknown parks.

The park has great space but was very unkempt. The grass was overgrown in many places, dog waste was everywhere and the trash was overflowing, which brought an over abundance of flies and gnats. We were concerned about our dog acquiring unwanted visitors in his coat so we decided to leave the park after a few minutes of looking around. Based on the other dog owners, the property has declined substantially over the past year with no response from the county on phone calls for help in maintaining the park. It could be a great park with the proper care and maintenance but for now, it’s just ok. We won’t be back.

This was a shot in the dark, last minute find, gem of a park! Our pup was so happy there that she went #1 & #2 (twice)! After an 8 hour trip with stops nearly every hour, to NOT "go potty"... our Bizzy met a couple new friends, from out of town also, and played in the play area, then enjoyed a quick GA sun shower. Then walked a cute little walking path where she got to chase fireflies and enjoy the outdoor potty area,, FINALLY !!! This park will forever be on our stop at list every pupcation from now on
