Unleashed by Petco

I have been coming here forever if it isn't Petco in national city. I just wish they had more choices in dog harnesses,leashes and collars . Everything is always for a small dog . I can never find xxl sizes for my baby . Even in clothing . It is disappointing. Other than that overall the staff is always cool and fast . They keep the store clean and organized. It is always good experience

On 1/5/25 at 5pm I paid for a self wash for my dog. One of the ladies that rang me up told me we had to be done by 5:45pm, even though the store closes at 700pm. And while washing the same employee came around to tell us how much longer we had. Still more than an hour till close time but yet we were rushed out. I don’t think any paying customer would appreciate that. And lastly, there was terrible water pressure. I would recommend a blow dryer with heated air and an option, and also reusable plastic aprons as other self wash businesses provide.

This is a smaller Petco. I went here to get vaccinations for my dog, Otto. The scheduling is easy and the prices are decent. There is a row of homeless encampment off to the side of the store that is off putting.

We have been using this place for years, called to ask about getting our dog in to wash told they have 2 available tubs, so we drive over to be told they are closed. Wasted gas when the lady could have just said they didn't want to let us use it. They don't even close for an hour and half. Just really unprofessional on her part.

This place is pretty straight forward. Customer service was good; the guy at the register was nice and pretty cool. Just a smaller store, under a bigger chain, serving the area. You'll definitely find all the essentials and things you need. Though conveniently located for me, at the time, the reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because of their prices. Sorry, but you just can't beat Walmart prices. Puppy pads are killer here.
