I absolutely love this Petco! I come here and only here! The staff is always so so so nice and they also have everything in stock always!!! They never fail to have clean animal enclosures either!! They are always SO SO clean!! The fish, the birds, and bearded dragons all have super clean enclosures. EVERY time I come here!!! Good job to ALL the staff at this location!! You guys are awesome!

The old out of order sign on their bathroom door, yet I saw an employee going in to use it. Took my dog to the vet next door, and they apparently didn't notice that its supposedly out of order as she told me to use that bathroom. I just dropped over $100 at the vet. It would have been nice to have been able to go number 1. Maybe if I had shown the cashier my receipt, he might have let me in. 😒

Can I leave 0 stars? Horrible service! Tried to change our appointment and when we told them it didn't work with our schedule Angeles gave us a solution to bring the dog in earlier to be checked in. That was fine even if they couldn't see him until later. And then the she had already taken their lunch break before we got there at the agreed upon time and no one else would check him into the kennel. Thanks for making me late to work. I'll never return to this location!

I saw there was a 40% deal for a new dog harness with a trade-in of an old one. Decided to stop in at the lemon grove location to check them out. Wasn't a fan of the limited selection. Ended up not buying a new harness. Then I thought about getting a new dog bed. Again, selection was woefully limited and overpriced. Ended up getting a new brush and a large pillow. Giving 3 stars because the guy at the checkout was very polite and engaging.

Jessica Majam is the store manager at this location and instead of solving the situation at the store she asked me to contact corporate office. Why is she there, if she can’t help? Then she is spreading her bacteria and germs to everyone. She went out the store and walked to my car to grab my puppy. She asked me to see him then she started to pet him and wrap her arms around him, all while she is sick. She is selfish and not thinking of others. Jessica continued to cough and express how she could not smell, she was clearly congested. Please have your employees stay home if they are sick. My puppy had a grooming service at this location and at the time of pick up he still smelled bad. If my puppy is still stinky, that means they did not do their job. His mouth stinks, this service includes toothbrush, this was not done. I brought these concerns to the manager and she wanted to refund me partially of what I paid. I have to go pay for a full service somewhere else because her team failed to do this. How is partial refund going to help me? Plus her team is the one who failed to complete this service. She then said I was screaming, when I refused her partial refund. This is a joke, of course I was not going to accept partial refund, however in any given time did I yell at her. Yes, I was frustrated how she wanted to brush me off with a few dollars back. Your store made a mistake own up to it, that simple! She did nothing to fix the situation but walk away and asked me to call corporate because I refused her partial refund.
