Animals are kept in unlivable conditions. You can smell the ammonia from the dirty cages even before you walk into the store. The fish tanks are all yellow and covered in dirt and feces. The bird cages are even worse. All of the birds look extremely stressed and sick with their colors dull, feathers falling out and splayed out strangely. The betta fish are kept in tiny cups full of their own poop and the water is once again yellow and the water clearly hasn't been changed in weeks. Horrible, HORRIBLE neglect. This place should be shut down. Owner you should be ashamed of yourself. You're not in it for the animals at all, you just want to profit off of them. Absolutely disgusting and shameful

It’s the funniest thing hearing people complain about animal living conditions when they themselves are going to cage them. Seriously? Be quiet people! How about you all show some good ole American spirit and help the old man tidy up his shop? Yeah…that’s what I thought. It’s a pet store, and every fish I have ever bought from here is still healthy. That’s been over 15 months.

I went here and got some crickets and live worms for my bearded dragon. The owner gave me extra. Good deals on the food. Tons of birds. Theyd been here for a long time. Meet the owner. Pretty cool dude and the place has a very homey feel. Will come back.

Horrible experience here. The animals live in filthy conditions with no regard to their well-being. I saw empty water containers, cages crammed together, way too many birds for a single cage all in one, and more. I hope this place shuts down. I will not be coming back.

HORRIFYING abuse. Dead fish in one tank and fish swimming to the top of the other because it’s too dirty for them to breathe. Birds in cages too small and stacked in a way the store owner couldn’t reach them if he tried with black drinking water and no food.yelp has more pictures of the abuse.
