The Bird Boyz

Fantastic experience! The owner went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of for me, even calling me after hours. It’s a smaller shop however, all the birds were very happy. They make their own toys too :)

My family and I purchased the sweetest sun conure this week from The Bird Boyz. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and their birds are AMAZING. They educate you thoroughly, and the choice is yours as to whether you want to proceed. They go over literally everything and provide help should you need it upon leaving. They let you know everything UP FRONT! They make sure YOU KNOW what you're getting into, including purchasing and expectations. They do a health exam with you. The experience was truly fantastic, and my only wish was that I had bought my other conure from them and visited them a heck of a lot sooner. I can't imagine getting my conures or any bird for that matter from any other aviary. The birds there were so lovely. They really take great care of their birds! I got my IRN Loki here at 6wks. The owners were very patient and thorough with their instructions on how to give him formula and didn't allow me to leave until they were comfortable that I could handle it. He's now 12mo old and an absolute joy.

Had a good experience with The bird boyz. I'm very happy with my unique baby boy, Waynee Static the Myna bird :). I have a common Myna. Mike is good at communication and my bird arrived safe and well. My baby Myna bird was cute, plump, and healthy. He was full of life as soon as he came home with us. The only thing I did have a issue with was an, ziptie attached on his leg band that seem to annoy my bird. Make sure to ask if your bird's wings are clipped or not too. And if you're having the bird fly in, make sure you're absolutely aware of where you're picking up your bird ahead of time because airports don't hire the most wise people these days and you don't want to be late. I say all these to ensure your bird's safety. I'm very happy with my bird, he brings me lots of joy. I plan on upgrading his cage because he's so active and loves to play. And yes, I would recommend the bird boyz. 🐦

Birds are clearly not socialized and all fed straight sunflower seeds. Was told they towel them instead of handling so kids don't get bit... Bought a bird just to change one's life, and really worry about the fatty liver disease as a result. None would go near the handler, including their "pet" bird and she felt the need to reiterate numerous times she wouldn't hurt them, and also was startling the cockatoo telling it to wake up right in it's face, against the cage bars. Said birds are under 6 months, they're all way older. Most had diarrhea, macaw missing nail and plucked all thigh feathers, half moon missing top half of beak, white cockatiel has bald spot on top of head. It is a shame. I wish I could afford to save them all. The store is small and has a nice set up, but the birds need a better diet and love.
