If not for them my bird, Pablo Picasso, would have more than likely passed tonight. I called every single vet and emergency vet in pa and not one was able to take my baby. His nail was cut too short (after being in petco for 3 months and being 6 months of age without any nail trimming, i tried to help him so he wouldn't be in pain from standing) and after hours of getting it to stop bleeding and him picking at it and it reopening, Dean answered their phone. I brought him into Dean and not only did the bleeding stop, he was able to walk on it and pick at it and it didn't start again! He informed me what to do for the night to make sure he brought his body back up to par and to keep him warm from the loss of blood. Literally words can not express how thankful I am for him picking up the phone. Thank you a million times over!!!

I take my parrot there for babysitting while on vacation. I know he's taken care of properly. Dean & Shirley are very knowledgeable on birds, and they're care. I totally trust them to take of my bird.
