ive been looking for a new aquarium for my turtles and decided to try a local store because i dont trust petsmart or petco and have heard of their tanks leaking and didnt want to waste my money on them. support your local aquarium store and small businesses like this one instead. i called ahead of time and asked if they had any 40 gallon or bigger tanks for my turtles because i've wanted to separate them from fighting and they're a lot bigger now and need more space to swim. i wish i asked the name of the nice lady who is one of the owners and answered all my questions on the phone and helped me at the front desk, but was in a rush when they were closing 20 mins before they were so extremely kind enough to talk to me and made me feel welcomed in their store right before closing when im sure they wanted to go home because i close at my job too. they even helped carry my entire 60 gallon aquarium to my car with me. it was the best customer service ive ever recieved. i insisted on paying extra as a tip for the great customer service and deal they gave me on the filter, and because the nice lady up front who helped me was so kind in answering all my questions, and jason who was just as kind explained to me how to use a canister filter for my first time and how to properly install it, deconstruct and clean it, and gave me a great deal on it. he gave me a fluval 307 performance canister filter, which is one of the highest rated filters with a 4.7 rating and is normally $200 for only $60. the 60 gallon tank which is probably more than $200 elsewhere, they sold to me for only $30. so for about $400 value they only charged me around $90 and saved me a lot and answered all my questions. i got really lucky though, and they may not always have things like this because he told me he had got it from a customer who had just downsized on their tank and still works great. he showed me pictures of the tank and filter when he maintained it before because their business also does aquarium cleaning and maintenance if you ever need that too. oh and on top of all of this, he customized the hose for me 10 minutes before closing after we talked about what i needed. he reconstructed it specially for the turtles and cut the tubing for me as i asked, so it wouldnt make a lot of noise and would blow under the water soundly and peacefully. they told me i could get a divider for the tank at home depot so my turtles would stop fighting as well. really good people that work here and really appreciate them so much and cant recommend them enough. i wish the best for your guys business and hope you have a great day

Jason helped us get our tank set up and gave us some great advice on care and upkeep. The store has great selection of species. From sharks and rays to starfish and coral they really do have it all. This is the only place we go for all our aquatic needs.

Fantastic experience! Friendly, great communication, and honest. Jason went way above and beyond when he cleaned my two tanks (waterbox 130.4 and aquatop 40 AIO). He also did a fantastic job installing a new ReefMat 500... Even though the work took much longer than expected, he didn't increase his estimate. I bought two lovely fish from him as well, and the prices were very competitive. HIGHLY recommended.

Had a family member drop a fish bomb on me. I breed freshwater fish but was given a beautiful clown fish... so emergency rush build a saltwater set up. They helped me with giving me water from a cycling tank and saved me.
