In a emergency I went to this store to buy crickets for my collection as well as a rat pup, after arriving I asked if they had black crickets to which I received a laugh and comment where the worker tried to make me look retarded. After the crickets, I ordered a rat pup to which I can agree with someone if they told me a rat pup (without tail) is around 2-3 inches long, the worker tried to give me a small rat approximately 4-7 inches. To finish up the rat pup the rat pup died before I could introduce him to my ball python in a closer look it had a horrible eye infection (see in picture). Let alone just not having basic feeder/reptile knowledge, the establishment is unsanitary as well as too crowded for animals, in one enclosure they had five tegus (I know they can cohabitate) but in an enclosure that was 36x36x12 is not a good enclosure or standards to have 5 tegus. (picture attached). Overall did not have a great experience and I believe it sets a horrible example of what good husbandry looks like.

Just purchased our second bearded dragon from them. First a super red hypo leatherback now a hypo trans dinner zero. By far gorgeous compared to what we've seen around. The staff is so helpful and nice. Prices are the best around. I highly recommend them! Quality stuff!

This is a great store. The owner is really knowledgable and actually cares about the animals he keeps, breeds, and sells. The prices are reasonable and there's quite a large selection and almost always something new. I used to go to their shop before they moved, so they've been around a long time. There's feeder rats, roaches, and crickets here too. A great selection of reptile supplies as well.
