I love this store. Hours say closing time is 8:30pm. Arrived at 8:20pm to grab one bag of dry food. I got off at 7:45pm. The doors were locked with lights off 😞

Locally owned store. Great staff that's always friendly, professional and helpful. Staff knows their products and will help you select what works best for your pet. Great quality products. We are very happy going here.

Good selection. Can find a lot of things for half the price on chewy, but may come here in between auto shipments. Our vet warned us that associates here would try to diagnose/remedy our animal’s health concerns and that is exactly what happened when we explained the type of products we were looking for. This put a bad taste in our mouth as we’ve spent thousands of dollars and years trying to narrow down what is occurring with our pet and for someone to try to explain that away with no displayed credentials or medical history is inexcusable. I understand they were just trying to be nice and they were eventually very helpful when we asked where a certain item was and at checkout with first time customer discount.

My first time in IB pets wasn't for any of my pets. It was for my car, yep my car had over heated on 805 and I limped into the parking lot in need of a gallon of water for my Buick. 5 other businesses refused to give me water. As I returned their water container they handed me a bag of dog food samples. Ya I'll be buying my pet supplies at IB pets. Thanks for the samples, Peanut likes the "Sierra mountain" from "Taste of the wild"
