Puppyland Chandler

We had a great experience at Puppyland when purchasing our two new puppies. We had been looking for a King Charles for our family and had visited other pet stores in the valley. We had such a great experience at Puppyland and ended up buying 2 dogs! The dogs dispositions were so sweet and gentle. All the dogs seemed happy and socialized. The store itself was really clean and the couple times I have been in, they are constantly cleaning the cages, giving the dogs play time in bigger play areas, and hugging/petting them. When we were going through the purchasing process, I appreciated how organized it was and the resources they send you home (schedules for feeding, info on best way to care for them, what to expect, etc.). I genuinely feel like they go the extra mile to care for their pups and their customers. The staff was very helpful and very patient as we made our decisions on our new family members! They encouraged lots of play time with them to make sure that we were going home with the right ones.

Her patience, expertise, and genuine care were evident as she took the time to ensure that the puppy we selected was a great match for our family. Jade thoughtfully answered all of our questions, made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process, and truly listened to our needs. Thanks to her guidance, we are now proud owners of a beautiful Pomsky puppy who fits seamlessly into our home. We are incredibly grateful to have Saber join our family. Great customer service and you can tell the dogs here are greatly taken care of. I believe the guy who helped us was Hunter and he was great! We came in just to look and Hunter sweet talked us into bringing home our new addition to the family. We love our sassy girl thank you puppy land!

Brianna is an exceptional lady and has shown us how devoted she is to the Puppyland company and to the customers that come in looking for their future four legged family member, we came in a couple of times and each time she has shown us exceptional Puppyland service, she also gave me a call letting me know the PL company has received new puppies and to be sure to look on line. We told her we had visited the Tolleson Puppyland store and we weren’t able to get the miniature Yorkshire which we were very sad about. The chandler location has gone above board to help us getting our new Fur baby, we are very very happy, thanks to Brianna and Hunter! Thank you again!

So we were passing by and saw a sign. I was NOT planning to take a puppy home. No way. Well we have a new puppy. The puppy remonded us of our little one who passed away. We miss her so much. She was so calm and collected. Self soothing and didnt ask for much. Barked when she saw a stranger, which was great to know somebody was on our property. Well this puppy we are homong was so calm and collected. Her personality stood out. She was sweet and we fell in love. But the rating is noy foe the dog, its for the staff. The staff (Brandon) (Briana) (Hunter) was absolutelu amazing. We spent hours inside and it wasnt negative. We did only have a certain amount, they worked with us. Extremely friendly, kind, very patient with us and the dogs. Its obvious the dogs are well taken care of. A Really Great place if you dont find the right pup at the many shelters. I was shocked. Different feeling than other 'storws' I walked into. This place is excellent in service. Super helpful. Wosh them all good things. They sent us home with everything. We will have a great start.
