Love coming here so friendly great price on crickets the have everything it’s fun just to walk around and see what they have . I have bought two beautiful jumping spiders a male and a female and the price was great and the spiders are in amazing condition so thankful for you guys

LLLReptile Chandler & Phoenix are hands down my 2 favorite reptile stores in the valley. During spring break of this year, my daughter said she wanted a pet snake and I told her absolutely not. And now it’s only a few months later and I own two. I did not make the decision to purchase my hog noses without a lot of questions and with being able to handle them at both locations without any issue. They made me feel comfortable with my decision to own snakes & now my snakes are one of my favorite hobbies. They’ve always been so kind to my eight year-old daughter who wants to one day work at the Chandler store ha ha. I don’t think they understand the impact they have on the community because now kids in daughter’s class are no longer afraid of snakes in the way that they used to be. It’s pretty cool to see. Thanks for always taking the time for your customers. —- I highly recommend them.

Brought in my large adult leopard gecko because it was no longer eating and the guy working sold me a reptile boost powder and looked at my gecko and said it looked malnutrition but still had a good belly on it and this powder will get it back to healthy in about a week he said he almost guaranteed it because he had some baby lizards left in box for a week by accident and they all lived after using this powder. Well my gecko died in 5 days from starting the powder. Then I came in for a larger wood shelter for my very large 1 year old sulcata tortoise and they said they don't have any just diy it and build something yourself. Won't be coming back here. I was trying to support smaller businesses but not this customer service like this. Wow look at the response from the owner shows you are dealing with immature children that are name calling. Stay far away from this place. All lies I was never told it looked like the gecko had not eaten in months I was told the exact opposite that he still looks good and the powder he is be healthy in a week or two. They never gave me any suggestions for the tortoises shelter. The will make anything up so they don't look bad. Kids.

From the very beginning I was highly impressed with LLL Reptiles, as a new reptile mom this was definitely the place to go. Jake and all other staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I walked in at first not knowing anything about reptiles and ended up purchasing my first bearded dragon from here. Throughout the process Jake was very patient and let me take my time when making decisions when it came to our new pet. He was extremely accommodating and when I left I felt very confident in my purchase. I will 100% be back and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in buying a reptile. Prices were great, loved the atmosphere and even more importantly had an extremely pleasant experience with every employee. Thank you LLL Reptiles!
