We stopped in roughly 10 minutes before closing on Saturday 1/18 on our way to the hotel. We were greeted by Daniel who had so much knowledge about all of the fish we were interested in. We came back on Sunday 1/19 to purchase fish on our way back to Birmingham. We ended up purchasing a beautiful Rusty Angel and a Solorensis Wrasse. This facility is full of healthy fish and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the hobby. Daniel went out of his way to ensure we had a phenomenal experience here at Premier Aquatics. We will definitely be making another 2.5 hour drive here again for more fish.

I feel robbed, when I first went there I told the salesperson exactly what I needed, she sold me a red reef tank. When I got home, It was missing parts to the sump I had to call the store about that and the manager mailed me the parts out. Shortly after I found out the tank itself wasn't the gallons I needed, It was the size of the tank plus the sump that made up the gallons. So I had that tank picked up in exchange for another tank ordered in the size I needed. Being that it was returned I was charged a restocking fee even tho it wasn't my fault I was sold the wrong size tank. So the new tank I purchased through DFW, within a 60-day time frame, I had proof that the tank was leaking. Call the store who told me to contact the manufacturer. I tried reaching out a few times to the manufacturer but didn't get a response. Finally talked with the manufacturer, basically it took 8 months before anybody got with me about this leak. Long story short, I end up returning the tank, I had to pay restocking fees in this situation as well, even tho this was not my fault. I end up losing $1,106 and still have no tank to show for it. I could have just went to a larger fish retailer, had less trouble & paid less.
