Great experience with Pettito finding our perfect fur baby. We’ve always somehow lucked into adopting, but after our last baby passed started looking and were frustrated with the process and decided to look for a breed that suits our lives best. That also became exhaustive. We were reluctant to go retail (known for using puppy mills) but called Pettito and they helped us locate exactly what we wanted and directed us to their Arlington store. We were very impressed with their breeders, how they keep the dogs, their knowledge and business practices to keep the dogs healthy. So much different than any other retail provider. We can hope with the perfect fur-addition to our family.

I had another great experience at Pettito! Abby was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—she was welcoming, helpful, and made everything so easy. This isn’t my first puppy from here, and it’s always reassuring to see such consistent service. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a new furry friend.

This was my first time purchasing a dog from a pet store but not my first time in a pet store. And this was hands down the best experience I have ever had from the door my daughter and I were greeted with such beautiful warming smiles. I then was approached by a sweetheart named Abby she was so knowledgeable and so impressionable. She was there to answer every question I had with such glee. Awesome customer service. And with her help we were able to find our new family member that the whole family loves. I absolutely recommend getting your new loved one from here you absolutely won’t regret it definitely a 10/10 experience. Great selection and an even greater experience. With multiple payment options don’t wait go there now!

My wife and I, along with our three children, all under 10 yo, recently visited Pettito looking for a family pet. We called and made a same day appointment, which was great. Upon arrival, the staff were very warm and welcoming. Ruben was the person who ended up helping us. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with two wonderful puppies. Great experience all around.

Abby Scotch did such an amazing job helping us find our perfect Puppy, Charlie! He has been such a delight. So well behaved, so smart, so easy to train, and all around the perfect gift for our hearts. He’s changed every bit of our lives for the better and we are forever grateful.
