This place is cool. Staff gives a little bit mixed information from their peers….but luckily we met Crystal! And thanks to her, our son did not have to be told it was more expensive than we thought to get him his first beta. Crystal is sweet and patient, and very knowledgeable. She definitely will not try to sell you more than you need. She even got our sons betas’ home all ready for him to where we didnt have to do any thing when we arrived home. 1 month later and still looking good! Go to Crystal for any questions!! She’s your girl!

On my kids and I'm recent visit to pick up an algae eater and some amano shrimp, we had a great time. It did take a couple minutes for someone to get us started with our shopping, but the Dry Goods Manager (it forget his name) helped me personally which was nice. I can always appreciate a store manager getting his hands dirty and helping out his busy staff. All of the display tanks seemed very clean and they always have a huge assortment of aquarium animals and supplies. Haven't had a bad experience at this location and we routinely drive all the way from Denton to load up on stuff for our aquarium. Got to see a real live mantis shrimp too!

This place is awesome, super cool fish, many plants, and kind employees. Kade was very helpful and gave actual advice instead of just saying what the store wants him to. We donated our fish here!

This is a true staple in the dfw metroplex. This store has been around for decades and has the connections to prove it. I needed a glass top for my planet aquarium, and they knew just what to do. My tank is a coustom 60 gallon rimless, and there is no top offered, so they reached out to the planet aquarium and had one built for me to my exact specs. That's customer service if I have ever seen it thanks Jason for that one.
