We purchased 2 English Budgies on 3/7/25 for my daughters. I am very happy with how well they have adjusted to our home, and are starting to trust my daughters. The entire experience from start to end was fantastic. If you are looking for a place to purchase birds and supplies please visit them. They are knowledgeable, kind, the birds are well taken care of, and the facility is very clean. If you want to make sure you have a healthy bird this is a great place to go. **The female was named Violet Chirpy Bernal, and the male was named Azure.

Honestly the best place to find your forever feathered friend! They work so hard to take care of their birds and work so closely with them! We got both of our 2 cockatiels from them and they are firecrackers to our hearts. The staff is amazing! They keep the birds happy, healthy, hand train them and encourage a lot of socialization before they are let go to be with their forever home. I love this place. I always come back to buy some bird toys from them (even though I can get them online for cheap myself) just to support this shop and its wonderful staff. Thank you! We love you'all! Kookaburra is amazing! John is extremely knowledgeable about birds. We go to him with tons of questions and trust his word over any. Chris is very kind and helpful. We’ve only had great experiences here. Kookaburra is the only place we trust with our little guy, especially when we have to board him. Don’t know what I’d do without them!

Absolutely love this place! John and Chris H are absolutely fantastic. The selection of toys, food, treats, etc- is plentiful, and the store is always orderly and welcoming. I came here because I wanted to see the selection of parrots they had to offer, and ended up falling in love with a little sun-conure! John and Chris H are extremely knowledgeable. They provide a lot of services including break-trimming and trimming nails. I come here weekly for all my parrots toys, treats, and food! If you are looking to add a feathery friend to your family look no further to than this amazing shop, really friendly bunch, cute parrots, parakeets, etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Bought this sweet girl a few weeks ago! She is so cuddly and loves being held or perched up on my shoulder. The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable and I even got a call from them about a week later, checking up on how it was going with the bird which was appreciated. Definitely recommend buying from this shop if you are looking for a bird friend or even just supplies for your bird.
