Dog hadn’t been bathed nails were NOT trimmed at all but I was still charged $80. They offered to do it free next time but we will not be back. It’s cheaper to take him to the vet for his nail trim. The staff was awful didn’t update me on when I could pick up my dog and kept him in the cage for 7hrs

Needed sulcata tortoise food. The sales clerk was knowledgeable but they only had the huge pellets and my baby is still small. They will work but not my preference. Still better than driving to Tyler.

Clean, organized, friendly employees! Their betta looked healthy and active, and the kitties litter boxes were clean. I found a 30lbs bag of dog food comparable to Blue, for 35$! Salmon flavor and all the dogs love it, even my cat will eat it! They also sell and engrave pet tags

I frequently take my girls in to let the ladies pamper them in the beauty shop. I love how they come out smelling nice and feeling super soft. This is a good store. They have all the stuff you need for your pets. Everyone has been very cool here. Thank you Petsense.
