Petland Oklahoma City

If I could rate HIGHER I would. The snow and ice made it kinda difficult for me to get to OKC from Tulsa. They worked with me over the phone. I am a returning buyer from Tulsa and to make a long story short the location in OKC did WAY MORE for me than the Tulsa location. My puppy was NOT sick when I got him. He got home from a long 2 hour drive and slept as expected but when he wake up. He was that normal Frenchie doing Frenchie things 🤣. The manager Sam is amazing. Yes they want their money but they also want their animals to go to good people. The staff was great! I spent maybe 2 hours and the longest part was waiting on a call. 100% recommend everytime. Very clean and professional. Great atmosphere. All dogs and cats looked healthy and lovable!

This was a very neat place. A store for your pet needs and then picking up a new puppy. We were so love with this one. She was so perfect. Sam was great to work with. He took his time to find out more information about this puppy. He explained how their finances work in detail We will definitely be back.

One fateful Thursday evening my wife's desire for a new member to our family reached a boiling point. I looked around for puppies in the area and Petland popped up, realizing how close it was down the road I called in to inquire about puppies that may fit my families needs and yes, budget. I spoke to both Ace and Chris over the phone who answered any questions I had for them with ease and made me feel confident in their service before even walking in the door 5min later. We were immediately greeted at the door with a smile. Chris and Ace showed us over to a cute little cubby with my name on it (nice touch). Chris listened to exactly what we were looking for while my wife bounced around in glee with Ace looking at all the puppies. Chris recommended an adorable little 4month old Shihpoo named Iris. I was apprehensive at first but after sitting and playing with Iris, I presented some tough questions to Chris who was able to ease any concerns I might have had. I quickly learned Chris and Ace were very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the perfect addition to our family and cared for all the animals at Petland. The entire process start to finish was very pleasant and enjoyable at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Ace walked around with my wife picking out what we would need for our new baby girl now named Blossom. Meanwhile I went over paperwork with Chris who was very thorough and detailed to make sure I was well informed. It has been a week now since bringing Blossom home and we couldn't be happier, she has filled a hole in our life that needed to be filled. None of this would have been possible without Chris and Ace, so from my family Thank you so much!

Ace was a huge help in our puppy adopting process! She went over everything very soundly and professionally! She was excellent and we really appreciate all the help!

Petland has been a place our family comes to play with puppies and other animals for awhile now. When we came across this corgi we knew we had to add him to our family. Samuel was quick and easy to work with, went above and beyond answering all of our questions! We will definitely continue to come back.
