We had the best time here, debating between getting 2 pups. Charlie was so wonderful and patient with us throughout the process. We got to spend time with each pup individually, and some time with both pups in the same room to see if they were compatible with each other. They have great payment plans and care options, making sure that you're ready and prepared for your new fur baby when you step out the door. He was really understanding about our questions and concerns- could not have asked for a better experience - thanks so much! Highly recommend getting a fur baby from here!

Absolutely love this store! Always has the best customer service! Alex is amazing! We have gotten both our French Bulldogs from here and with all the warranties and what they provide we wouldn’t get a French bulldog anywhere else! We also got our sweet Mini Schnauzer from here!

First they need to do something about that heavy urine smell, second when we got in it took us a while to catch someone to talk to. I think there were enough staff on the floor but not for customer care. Most important hamsters, mice are sensitive to bright light and they had no where to hide.

Very expensive. We bought a puppy and there were many things "included" that looking at the receipt were expensive adds. i.e. A crate, cover, food, a vitamin dog health package (the vet told us to skip giving her that. It wasn't needed). But they didn't include things like a collar, leash, bowls. We also needed a manager override to avoid signing up for an insurance program. It required the credit card first, then you could cancel it after the 14 day free trial. Great staff.

We Visited this store on 6/18. Was greeted by “Cierra” who was kind and sweet. She told us about the puppies and the “discounts” they had. I was not prepared for the price that was quoted to me. One puppy was over $6K. To me that is unacceptable. The facility was clean, appeared to be organized and offered an array of pet supplies for different animals, not just dogs. To the previous reviewer that exclaimed that the puppy didn’t come with a Honda Civic, I share the same sentiments. The puppies were cute to interact with; however, they are extremely expensive for no reason. I applied just for the sake of it to see how much interest and how much the payments were. I have no idea why someone would agree to pay this much for a pup, let alone finance one. Cute puppies, but I will be adopting my fur baby through the humane society.
