Thank you very much Chuck - our favorite dog trainer who took on a challenging task working with two of our shepherds. Absolutely incredible work ethic, professionalism. Chuck was nothing but personable and carrying. Our dogs fell in love with him.

This store has a wide selection of dog food, so I can get all the food I need for my three dogs. The staff always greets me, which is very helpful. It's also close to the freeway, so it's easy to get to.

I had been going to this location for years and worked with Lucinda. She left the company. I got a new groomer by the name of ANDREA. We worked together for about a year now. Today she says your dog can stay outside (with no supervision) since the dogs inside are loud. I had stood there already for 10 minutes and no one came out you want me to leave my dog unsupervised outside!??I said no put him in a kennel. She says he will be ready in more than 4 hours. I said wow that’s a long time. You guys book appointments on top of each other she says yes. You can do the VIP for $18 in the morning. She had never said anything like this before and continued to argue that she did. I said no let’s finish him for today and I will figure out what to do next time. She turns around and says I am not going to work with your dog I don’t feel comfortable. If you don’t like it you can go work with Lucinda she works at …..and tells me where my old groomer works. Ridiculous who they allow to work with animals. You don’t own Petco to tell customers to leave!

Adopted one of these adorable kitties yesterday. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable from questions about the kitty, and tips in taking care of the kitty. Even got a discount for all the food and toys purchased because I adopted :)
