Update-02/16/25: I am editing my review to 3 stars because of the understanding response from the owner, and I am hoping the parasite issue will be dealt with quickly. However, I will personally be waiting at least a month or two before buying any aquarium livestock that aren't aquatic plants for the time being.

I purchased beds for my 3 dogs online and they were not what I wanted. I took them to the store for an exchange. The person at the register was so pleasant, she took care of everything so easily!!! She is an asset to Petco!!!!
