I purchased my sweet dachshund baby Snoopy on January 23rd and picked him up January 26th. The staff were super nice and helpful with answering all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. The payment plan option is amazing as otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford my baby and would have been very sad! However, everything worked out and I am so surprised with how well Snoopy is crate trained and how well he behaves. The package includes a bunch of goodies and essentials needed to care for your pet and I didn’t need to buy much else after bringing him home. Not to mention he came chipped which is a huge relief! I would recommended pet center to everyone looking for the perfect pup. Thank you Jordi and the rest of the staff! ❤️❤️

I recently was looking online for a puppy. I spoke with about 3-4 places before I decided on PetCenter. What made me go with them was the family oriented conversations I had with Julia & Angelo before comming in. Once in the store and playing with the puppy I found it to be very spacious, clean, friendly and they explained all the paperwork, financing and process to me very patiently. At one point they even gave me a recommendation for a place near buy to stop and have lunch. Before leaving the store I was also able to get all the things I needed for my new puppy. Overall I was extremely grateful to them for making everything flow so smoothly.

It’s a great pet store with the cutest puppies and pets. I would have rated 5/5, but, there was one rude, racist, staff member who clearly thought we weren’t going to purchase a puppy that day. We wanted a mini golden doodle, the lady didn’t let us near any other puppies as she mentioned the pups could get sick meanwhile other folks were playing with multiple pups just for fun! All the other staff were so friendly. We wanted to buy the same puppies across all four of our extended families so we ended up getting four puppies from another breeder. Thank you to the staff member who really doesn’t like her job - you made your company lose a lot of our Business! Otherwise, all the other staff were so nice and kind, I wish we had seen another attendant and things would have been perfect!

I hung out with my bestie and her dog Bubby (my nephew) yesterday and we stopped by “Pet Center”. How freaking cute was this place. The staff were so welcoming and Bubby, of course, enjoyed they’re treats. I will definitely be coming back to play with the other fur babies.

We went in just to look and left with a puppy! Bronco is absolutely perfect! Hailey R. was amazing, nice and very informative! Thank you for everything!
