Sam was so nice and knowledgeable. she treats the animals with so much love and respect. I know my hamster is going to be so happy with everything taught me! I’ll definitely always go to her for pet care advice.

I took my mini Goldendoodle for his first grooming. I was aware that he had some matting, and that the groomer might have to shave the areas. That was not my issue, but the way he was left with deep shaving, and then not… There was no blending! His rear end was shaved in the shape of a pair of pantaloons, that was the description that the groomer gave to me when I went to pick him up. My pup was very anxious and not a good experience for him or the groomer. She was extremely professional in describing what went on, and I truly liked her. My problem was with the finished product, no blending! Absolutely unacceptable,. I spoke to the night manager, MARK that evening. I explained my experience, and my inexperience being that this is my first dog. I left there without demanding a refund or a re-do with some better blending. My lesson learned. But I was so emotional when I saw my pup, he was barking, and I just wanted to get out of there. **The good part of this review is that MARK, the manager on duty that night, could not have been more professional, understanding and provided he me with the best of customer service. He offered me two options… A full refund or bring my pup back and have the groomer attempt to do some blending. After some discussion with family members, I went with the refund. I will use the money to bring him elsewhere and another week or two to have his coat blended. 👍 my review is a positive one for the customer service rendered to me by MARK the manager on duty. he couldn’t have been more professional and more understanding. Thank you, MARK.

Your online ordering stinks. You are the only ones that carry my cat's food. Otherwise I'd be going elsewhere. The online said you did not have just cats in stock, I get to the store and it's fully stocked. I place an order online for Stella and chewy cat cans more then half of what I ordered in cat cans was not in stock. Extremely inconvenient.
