I love this Petco. The staff has always been an absolute joy to encounter whenever I go. BIG SHOUT OUT to Julie in training and Jessica in grooming! They are the sweetest people and my dog absolutely loves both of them. Highly recommend either or them for grooming or training!!! Love you Petco on Sepulveda!!💕

Julie B is the best dog trainer! I signed my new puppy up for fundamentals class after taking her somewhere else for puppy class and I was delighted to find out that she was the same Julie B who helped me with my last rescue who had so many issues...i was in tears my first couple of classes with Kaylee Bear but then Julie did her magic and all of a sudden Kaylee was demo dog and teachers pet! Charlee is on her way to becoming a canine good citizen and ESA thanks to Julie!

Friendly staff , they helped me pick out my fish tank and beta fish for my sons birthday .I was extremely annoying by asking so many questions but they were patient . Highly recommend if you are looking into owning a fish and its your first time .

ah yes, my pet co. experience. Well, I had bought a fish there appx. 2 months ago. He was doing well until, I had rushed from my home and forgot to close the drapes. The sun light hit the aquarium water, which is very bad for tropical chinese fish since it causes a disease to flourish and make ich develop which will kill these fish. I tried several stores in my neighborhood and none had the medicine I needed so I made a special trip back to this store where I had purchased him. Not only did I have to go thru 3 different people no one knew what to recommend so I went to check for myself. The 2 rows where the medicine would have been kept was bare empty. It seemed as if they were moving the rows to another section of the store so I asked a 4th worker and was told they were out of all these products , at the same time. I really didn't believe that and figured he merely didn't want to bother with actually doing his job but what could I say ?? My beautiful fish didn't make it and although Pet Co. was not directly responsible for that tragedy it still doesn't sit well with me and that experience has clouded my ability to say anything good about it.

Jose is the worst. Very unprofessional and lacks common sense. He has poor judgement and should not be a groomer around dogs who cannot speak up for themselves. Shoutout to my new groomer i found outside of Petco, for making up for his mistakes. My dog looks great, no thanks to Jose. Will never give Petco my business again.
