Petco

Okay place to shop for your fur babies. Not the friendliest staff. They rarely smile or act like they enjoy their jobs. Selections are okay. Sometimes they run out of certain items but they usually get it back in within a reasonable time.

The staff at this Petco is always really nice. What I need is pretty much always in stock, and if not there's a good substitute available. I also like that the cats are all from local rescues.

It's an ok place, but sometimes when you ask for help, they seem that it's a bother or that you're stupid . I only go there when they have something that I need fast and today. If I can wait a day or two I just order from Chewy as their online chat has never made me feel me feel stupid for asking questions

Didnt know they had cool looking reptiles here. Only stopped by for cat food but always like to see what the different petcos have.

Generally speaking I really like Petco. The staff were friendly. On a recent visit though I was disappointed because they didn't have a particular items that I usually always get there. Despite this I was offered assistance by the staff but it still got ordered online incorrectly. That won't stop me from going there of course but I do think that generally speaking we all just need to slow down a little bit and really listen to figure out what it is that people need and ensure we do our best to get the right thing. It's important also not to be in such a rush. If there's people lining up and one customer is taking a little bit longer then that's not that customer's fault. You need to make sure you have enough staff to come up and help check out the other people instead of just trying to hurry up and rush to get the slow customer out of the way. The gentleman that helped me though on this particular day was lovely it was the person who stepped in to try to help I think because she got anxious about the line that was developing is the one who caused the incorrect order to occur.
