I went into the Granada Hills location today to buy terrarium supplies for a classroom pet. An employee came over and patiently listened to me freak out and then calmly took me to all of the materials that I needed to make a safe environment for our baby jumping spider. I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely helpful. Thank you!

The staff here lacks maturity. I called and spoke to a younger sounding guy about cat litter that was damaged, but it was one of the last ones that we're out and so I grabbed it. It was raining yesterday. The bottom of the box kinda busted open because it was damaged and I was reaching out for assistance from a manager for him to give my number down to have the manager contact me. So that I could come in and replace it. Instead, he left me on hold for about 30 minutes when I called back. He put the phone back on, hold, not the way to handle a customer or respect someone's time. I'm very disappointed with this level of service and every time I call back and try to get a manager.He continues to place me back on hold

Just go to Target for your pet supplies, and bring your pets to a different groomer. Seems like management wants this place to fail. It's way more expensive than other places, and the price is NOT worth it. The workers try to be nice, but they are clearly understaffed, and nobody knows what's going on.

Highly recommended! We are a local Quality dog, cat , rabbit, guinea pig Grooming Studio near by and we love to come here and also refer clients .
