Took my dog there to get a full groom and had a great experience! Rian was extremely professional, sweet, informative, and amazing! 🩷🐶

The front desk associate terrible. The doctors and nurses amazing. The vet and nurses treated my puppies great. I don’t agree with the coupon for first time pets but whatever it is what it is. I also don’t agree with the fact I had to cal numerous times to speak with someone on getting their shot records. I probably won’t be back due to the incompetence of the front desk worker even on the phone it didn’t sound like she knew what was happening

Went here because it was the closest place to my fishing spot that sold LIVE nightcrawler worms. I bought a pack of 12, and all that came in it was soil. I then went back into the store where i confronted leadership on the issue of no worms being inside of the container. Leadership offered an exchange for a different box of worms, in the second box there were 2 worms, both dead and decaying. Alex, the cashier had an Airpod in their ear, and was obviously annoyed and served us with terrible customer service. We don’t expect to be served with the upmost royalty of customer service, but we would at least like the bare minimum. Alex showed very poor skill in customer service by constantly skipping their song on the Airpod and not maintains eye contact throughout the entire service. Overall terrible customer service at this location.

I have been trying to get through to the vet to make an appointment for my dog for the last couple of weeks and no matter what day or time I try I get a recording me telling me how busy n short handed they are ; to please leave a message i do with my name phone brief explanation for appointment. The recording claims they will get back to me ! Yet they NEVER DO !! This was my last try I'm looking for a different vet. It must be nice not to need customers. They were great when I needed to have my dog fixed but now nothing. Thanks for nothing !!!
