Petco

Signage is a little difficult to see from street due to bushes and traffic, but the store is solid. We forgot our dogs food and water bowl while up in the area looking at houses and this Petco was a quick and easy option to grab a couple. The store isn’t huge - it’s in an old CVS- but it’s well stocked and clean. The lines moved quickly and smoothly allowing us to literally get in and out in less than 15 minutes total. That includes finding the bowls, picking which one and getting through the line. And this was on a busy Saturday afternoon! We’ll def be back once we relocate to the area!

Took my grandson here for a fish tank for his birthday. I was uneasy about it, because I did not have a clue what to buy as far as accessories, or what kind of fish, and was expecting to have to beg someone for help. The young lady who took care of us was perfect. Knowledge, patient, and friendly, and took the time to be certain all our questions were answered and we had what we needed. Surprisingly large selection and reasonable prices.

At this store there's a short blonde girl I believe her name is Desiree and she truly is an amazing worker. She makes it feel like such a great time to be at a pet store. This woman was answering phones, helping guest on the side, grabbing products, and helping two different people on register. This whole time she had such a huge smile on, she also made a group discussion with everyone in line which I have never seen anyone be able to do before, she has such a beautiful big spirit that just pulls people in. Everyone was in a great mood, smiling, and talking while waiting to be checked out and it's all because of her. Sometimes shopping can feel dreadful or stressful but she automatically pulls you out of that. I truly can't wait to the next time I get to go to this store. I know I will be telling everyone if they need to go to a pet store to make sure that they go to petco, you can't get this type of experiences while shopping online!!!! I know me and my family members will be going back to this location. It looks like she enjoys her job, which makes the customer feel like they can enjoy shopping here!!!

The worst experience I ever had in any store… I went to store with my son and his friend to buy two gold fish ( the kind they feed to turtles and they sell it for that reason in the store) the girl who came to take the fishes from the tank ask my son how big his tank is and he said 20 gallons. The girl told us we can not sell it to you! You need at least 50 gallons tank to get two of those gold fish, I said we will keep it for few nights there in his tank since it is Persian new year and it is part of our tradition to have goldfish at home and then we will give it to a friend who has turtle and then the most weird thing happened and the girl put her head between her hand and start screaming “ I want to quit “!!! It was so scary for my son and his friend to see her screaming and moving her head…. Then other guy came and said these are feeder gold fish and we sell them to feed turtles but sorry we are not selling you any goldfish as you don’t have 50 gallons tank (for tiny gold fishes that they sell them to feed turtles!!!) and he was soooo excited to get them for new year!!! I have been this Petco locations’s customer for a long time now but this never happened!!! We are not going back there, my son told me that it was scary and he doesn’t want to go back there again. I still can’t believe what just happened.

Friendly staff and lots of products to choose from! Their selection of Halloween costumes was the best I’ve seen at any Petco in the area! Photo of my dog for tax
