Shekinah is the best she always takes great care of my baby Rosie and is so informative during the visit. She asks questions and provides me all the best advice while communicating with the provider. Joshua at the register is amazing he’s always welcoming takes the time to help when needed and is very professional and friendly. I love this place best place to take my Rosie Pooh for everything from snacks all the way to vaccinations; examinations and haircuts 🫶🏼.

I took my two dogs to Petco for vaccinations & a Flea Concern Oct 29th. From the moment I arrived I was pleased with a welcoming staff & cleanliness. My dogs Nurse was Nurse S. Lee & She was attentive, caring and gentle with my two furry family members (Loopy & Cleo). I left pleased and relieved for my dogs that they were cared for properly.

Staff there are always customer friendly; vetco staff are super nice front desk and back. My cat was dx with a heart murmer benign mass, along with hyperthyroidism which was causing a domino effect on his heart, kidneys, and lungs; they treated him now he is balanced; my kitty is gaining weight and so far knock on wood they can't find the heart murmer. Great place to go. Groomers are also so sweet kind and built a strong bond between them and my dogs. Pictures of Petco babies always family with them.

Update 7/25/24 Worst store experience ever! Toni Ann (Antionette) cashier is the absolute worst. Instead of attempting to solve customers store issues, and concerns, she becomes argumentative, and rude. Instead of seeking to solve the problem, or let a manager resolve the issue, she instigates, and purposely adds fuel to an already sensitive matter. Petco can continue to pay her salary to run away loyal customers, because she successfully succeeded in running this long term, loyal, pet loving customer away. Thankfully Petco corporate office made things fair, and that’s why I will only shop online, never going out of my way to deal with a brick & mortar store. ****************************************** This is a really great Petco! They have a large selection of products with items actually being in stock. I appreciated that they had plenty of Just Food For Dogs in stock. They also had a large selection of treats, toys, and accessories for parakeets. Very grateful to Manuela a super amazing Petco employee that really went above and beyond to help me find supplies for my parakeets.

Went to pick up and order got home opened my puppies food and the box was infested with roaches there was so many I couldn’t believe it it was so nasty the lady that got my order very rude as well
