Super awesome place to see up close active aquariums. They are even there for questions. Love this set up and wish all of it was in my own home! The kids loved going too! We even bought live plants for our betta aquarium we wanted to build up. Definitely going back!

Tanks aren’t the cleanest, saw some dead fish. A section of the store smelled really bad. Prices are high on most fish. Nice selection of Zoa’s in saltwater. Not worth the drive from Norwich.

This is a wonderful store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the inventory is terrific, in regards to both fish and supplies. Conditions are clearly better and more humane than the big box pet stores, bettas are kept in community tanks, not tortured in little cups. Give them a chance and you'll never want to go anywhere else.

Amazing little fish shop. Great level of selection of dry and live goods for both saltwater and freshwater tanks. Also really nice selection of corals last time I was there. Had to catch myself from drooling last time I was there. Best coral selection in the area hands down. For saltwater they perform a week of quarantine and observation which is amazing and not common. One area they could improve on is a better selection of frozen foods but not enough to knock off a star. Staff seems very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Traveled hours to this store just to find it closed when they said they where open. When I knocked some one ducted in to the back room. 12/8/24 5pm Stopped in 12/27/24. Called before I traveled so won't get there to find it closed. Bought some corals. Wanted a anemone for my clown fish. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. Explained what would host well and what wouldn't. Showed me some beautiful bubble tips. Explained prices clearly marked on lables and was told there are only medium and smalI. The large which they did not have was 75 medium was 50 and so on.I picked one that I liked. He Explained it was medium one. As he was pulling the one I wanted another Staff member came up, possibly the manager?? He told the person helping me that it was a 400 dollar animal. No where was it labled 400 for anything. the person that was helping didn't know that was there or they had 400 dollar anemone. To me it sounds like your typical what car and watch you got on pricing. Well I didn't buy the anemone. Stopped shopping right there. Had some other corals i was eyeing too. This is the last time I go to this store. Sad really because of the limited access we have up here. So probably going to sell the tank. Obviously this area can't support this hobby if this 1990s game is being played. Online I can get the Holy grail for 190 bucks twice the size and better color. Looked it up while paying. Don't you get it. You can't beat the access to info on the internet and how fast people can confirm what comes out of your mouth. This info is what helps us. Makes this hobby grow. Really sad. Wanted to support local even after the first experience. Next time dont explain to your staff and not to the customer like it's some back door deal. GREASY. I only bought the other stuff because it was bagged up already. Wife was planning on dropping 300 to 600 bucks. We only spent 80. What's the old saying steping over dollars to pick up pennies. If you make a mistake we could have come half way. But you wouldn't talk to me. Just to your staff. Like you didn't want it sold. I wonder what else is going on?
