First the store is to crowded with products for the small store. Second the cashier was rude Jennifer didn’t speak to me and at the end called the next customer before thanking me which she never did. I told her she was welcome for my business she just ignored me!! Oh, manager gave me miss info on a light i was buying for my turtle she doesn’t know her product however the gentleman in the back with the fish was amazing!!

Overall, our experience at the dog groomers here has been great. Sarah and Ashley have treated our new puppy with love and patience and he did great with them. But the last time we took him, he refused to go with his scheduled groomer, which happened to be a guy named Fabian. Our dog was so smart because he could feel that this guy could care less about him as a dog and was just pulling at him, our dog refused to go back with him, and Fabian could’ve cared less and canceled our appointment saying that we should’ve gotten the VIP package as if our dog knows the difference and that he didn’t have time for his behavior. Dogs know people and our dog got his number fast however it was a waste of our time because the appointment had to be canceled. The whole point of this review is to say that Petco is a great groomer Just make sure you don’t get Fabian. He shouldn’t be a groomer.

Knowledgeable staff. I heard an associate teaching a guest about proper fish care. I was happy to hear them make sure the animals were going to be safe and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I took my dog there for years but yesterday I had my dog only washed and nails trimmed ..I spent 69 $ and I tipped her $10...when I got home and checked his ears they looked like never been touched.. not very happy about it and this was not the first time ....he is a low maintaining dog ... does not need his hair trimmed or so ..just a wash ...I feel like I didn't got what I paid for...the lady what it appears was also very stressed out before she took my dog to the back..

They sell sick fish here. They keep the bettas in small plastic containers with no filtration and these poor fish get sick and suffer. I bought a fish 3 weeks ago and the fins started falling off and I could tell he was suffering and in pain. He suffered for 3 days before dying. INHUMANE TREATMENT! Shame on the manager who allows this.
