When I walked into the location that is on Trautwein and Van Buren, and I thought it was nice and clean. The isles were well stocked and had so many things for the animal lovers on the outer isles as well. I went to the dog section and actually found something that other Petco locations didn't have (or maybe some of the other locations were out of stock). I found a can of dog food that I thought I had to order online (nice surprise). It was quiet and a variety of dogs there as well.

Excellent customer service her name is Laura for nail trim and buffing. She cut it short enough. She went extra mile for grooming. She answered my questions for my dog health needs. Ask again for Laura.

NOT TRUE VET SERVICE.. 1st the staff was nice. I brought my 4th old multi poo for exam and shots. 1 they wouldn't allow me in the exam room when online they clearly say 1 person allowed. I got a coupon for free exam for being new customer there was no exam. They literally had my puppy for 5min. Long enough to give vaccination and that's it. They're was no way his ears eyes heart etc were checked. 3. I asked the location of the injection to monitor it💉 and was told "oh let me ask the Dr." ....weren't you in n there with my puppy???? 5min is what you will get for $200. Although the staff was nice do yourself a favor and find a small clinic/vet where you're not just shuffled along & you actually get to converse with the vet in regards to your puppies care

😱🫢 Bought Andis trimmer blade less than a month ago, used it once. IT RUSTED!!! Big time. Teeth rusted completely. I've been using dog trimmers for over 15 years now. Never ever have I seen anything like this. What in the world is happening to America? I'm from USSR and this scares the heck out of me. The resemblance between modern America and the USSR (that I once escaped). The only thing is missing is rationing of food and 2 hour lines in order to buy a loaf of bread. 😱😱😱💔

Clean organized store with friendly staff. All brands and pricing that you would expect. Go here first. Next door is groceries and a small shopping mall. Amazing location!!
