Lisa the sales rep, was very informative and patient with us. She helped us with testing our aquarium water and commended us for treating and running our freshwater tank for 2 weeks before adding any fish. She helped us pick our fish and gave us great info. Left with a new favorite spot for fish pickings. Tanks were all well kept. Will def be coming back to this spot !

LISA!!! In Aquatics was absolutely amazing and very detail. I am a beta girl and had come in to get a new fish 🐠, my last one had died after 2 years! Lisa help me get my first half moon beta and showed me some updated food items to get. I went home and was irresponsible and killed my new fish within a day because I used some old pre made water from my previous fish. Running back to Lisa devastated she then gave me more knowledge on how too much conditioner can also kill them as well. Half moons are very sensitive and now I know. Once at the checkout Hallie! Was amazing and super fun. I do have the Petco membership and she was able to show me how to use all my perks and get the best savings!! I saved $30 that day. Such a successful trip.

$80 for 1 min Dr. visit not even in front of me but, and to tell me juts one phrase”your dog is fine”. No blood check, as that an extra, had to ask numerous questions on my own of about my dog health such as teeth, ears etc.

The most complete pet supermarket in Houston, the price is not preferential, but the variety is abundant, the staff is friendly and conscientious! Hope that the merchants will discount the puppy's equipment and carry out promotional activities! Looking forward to a prosperous business in our neighborhood!

My grooming experience was TERRIBLE. I have been coming to this store consistently but the last few times they've completely chopped my dog. The last appointment i made they cut too much hair and the time was too long. I dropped my dog off at 10am and didn't get a call to pick him up until 4:30! They didn't shape his face correctly and completely butchered his fro. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANY LONG HAIR DOG(doodle, poodle, shizu etc) My doodle only starts looking cute again after about 1-2 months of growth bc they always shave him completely! Save yourself the time and money. One time I picked up my dog and they didn't even cut the fur on his belly, and he didn't get a bath and i could tell because he still smelled the same as when i dropped him off (stinky). They also didn't cut his tail at all, i asked for it to be trimmed and it's the same exact length as when i dropped him off.
