I’ve been shopping here for two years and usually love this location, but after today, I won’t be back. When I entered, one employee was on the phone, and another, who was stocking, looked me in the face but didn’t greet me. I found it odd since I’m always greeted here. As I shopped, I noticed the lady that was stocking warmly greeted every other customer,except me. While I was checking out I expressed how no one spoke to me when I came in. The lady that was stocking once again looked at me but didn’t say anything, but she greeted someone else right in front of me as they were walking in. That’s very embarrassing. The cashier apologized, which I appreciate, but the other employee’s behavior was disappointing. Especially as a fellow Black woman who should understand how it feels to be ignored in a store. I’d never seen her before so I’m not sure if she’s new but this isn’t the experience I’m used to having here.

First time taking my kitty cat blue for nail trim, paw pads shaving, & ear cleaning services and devonah (hope I spelled that right sorry) was gentle & experienced with my blue. She did so well with him & made me feel like she knew what she was doing. Only took 15mins! Liv in the front gave me welcoming customer service to & helped answer all of my questions. We will be back next month! Thank u everybody.

Very clean dog wash stations. After 10 days of camping our doggies were happy for a good bath. We used to go to the midtown location, but it closed down. This place is much newer and nicer.

I had a great experience at this pet store, even though they were short-staffed today. Liv, the employee who was cutting my dog’s nails, was incredibly professional and calm, even when my dog unexpectedly bit her. She handled the situation with so much patience and understanding, reassuring me that it was no big deal and that she would be happy to try again when my dog was ready. It’s clear that Liv cares deeply about both the animals and their owners, and I truly appreciate her dedication. I’ll definitely be back! So sorry again Liv.
