Although it was to say goodbye to a beautiful part of our family, the staff, time, and care during a very difficult loss, my family was cared for and treated with great respect, understanding, and passion from Vetco staff at Petco. RIP Dieterich Vaughn, son, brother, friend to all life, protector to innocent, and free spirited German shephard. We will miss you! Vetco, thank you for easing his pain and suffering and having such care for our family during such a difficult time. I'm so glad you were available on the weekend. I am grateful for the peace you had helped him with in his end of life care. Thank you!

Took my dogs in, like I always do for their shampoo and haircut for their 9:30 appt. The girl informed me that it was only 9:15 and I couldn’t drop them off until my appt. I stated I’m in the system and it would literally take 1 minute, she could put them in a cage until their 9:30 appt. She said no, you have to wait til 9:30 to check them in. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager came over and said, she right, you can’t check them in until 9:30, she didn’t offer any help, just said “you don’t go to the doctors office and get in as soon as you get there, I said I ONLY WANT TO CHECK THEM IN and go to work! They refused. I left, never going back, buying food, supplies, anything ever again. if that’s their policy on dog grooming with appointments. Never had this problem before, been going there for years.
